Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today forecasted dry weather over the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9 am.
“Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country,” said a Met office bulletin issued this morning.
Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions, it said.
Day and night temperatures may fall slightly over the country.
The highest temperature on Saturday was 35.4 degrees Celsius in Chuadanga, while today’s minimum temperature is 22.4 degrees Celsius in Sylhet.
The sun sets at 5:43 pm today and rises at 5:52 am tomorrow in Dhaka.
