A low-pressure area is likely to form over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas within the next 24 hours, potentially influencing weather conditions over parts of the country.<\/p>\n
The Bangladesh Meteorological Department’s 120-hour forecast, effective from 9:00 am on October 13, said rainfall is likely at a few places in the Chattogram division and at one or two places in the Khulna, Barishal and Sylhet divisions.<\/p>\n
Elsewhere, the weather may remain mainly dry, with partly cloudy skies temporarily.<\/p>\n
Day and night temperatures are expected to remain nearly unchanged across the country during the forecast period.<\/p>\n
The minimum temperature today was 19.3oC in Tetulia, while the maximum temperature on Monday was 36.1oC in Sandwip.<\/p>\n
